Air Transportation
The closest airport to the Colloquium venue is SeaTac, the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Airport Code SEA).

Shuttle-Express Transportation from SeaTac
Shuttle Express is offering all Colloquium participants a reduced rate ($19 per person each way) from the airport directly to the Red Lion. To qualify for this special rate you must make your reservation on the web using this link to the Shuttle Express web site.

Shuttle Express also offers free transportation for children under 12 when they accompany an adult paying the full shuttle rate for their share-ride service, which can be booked through the normal Shuttle Express web site, or on the phone.

Seattle Downtown Airporter
This service offers shared shuttle service from SeaTac to a small number of downtown locations. The closest dropoff location for Colloquium attendees is at the Seattle Sheraton, which is less than 2 blocks from the Red Lion. The service runs twice an hour from early morning to midnight, and reservations can be made on the phone (1-800-426-7532), or by going to their desk at Ground Transportation at SeaTac. The cost for this service is $11 one way or $18 return for adults, and $8.25 one way or $13 return for children.

Driving
All of the major car rental companies have service at SeaTac, and driving directions from the airport to the Red Lion can be found at http://redlion5thavenue.com/contact.htm. The hotel has a limited amount of parking available for guest at $25/day.
